A&M Amusements are open for phone calls, messages and customer pick ups from 9a.m. to 5p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.  Our office is closed Sunday and Monday. We will still deliver and set up on those days with prior arrangements. 

We guarantee 6 hours of use with your rental. Set up and tear down times are subject to availability and units may be left for longer than 6 hours or more than 1 day. If you have a set time that units must be picked up (renting a venue) please make sure to specify at the time of booking. 

Your deposit will be forfeited if your booking is canceled for any reason other than weather. If your event must be canceled due to inclement weather then the deposit will be carried over to a rescheduled date. Refunds are only offered for special circumstances and must be requested by the customer.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

If a unit that is booked dry and is designated as such is used wet without permission of A&M a $100 per unit cleaning fee will be accessed to the customer.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

All of A&M’s inflatable attractions are powered by 110v(normal outlet) electric blowers. Each blower needs to be on its own circuit. More than one blower on a circuit could trip the breaker. Due to possible breaker issues we ask that someone is present who knows where and how to access the breaker box at a set. Verify with our staff how many blowers will be needed for your set. A&M can provide generators to run the blowers at an additional charge, they are not included with a rental and are not part of the price per unit.

A&M provides one 50ft long extension cord per blower. Anything further away than 50ft the customer is responsible for providing an additional 12 gauge extension cord. 

There are multiple ways to pay for your booking. First of all you have to pay the required deposit with a credit/debit card. The remaining balance can be paid for by credit/debit* (through your digital contract that is emailed to you), check^ (made out to A&M Amusements), money order or cash. All payments must be received prior to equipment being set up. 

*There is a convivence fee for using credit/debit cards.

^There is a $35.00 returned check fee. If not resolved after 30 days of the set you will be prosecuted.

If you or your organization is exempt from paying sales tax you will be asked to provide your exemption letter. This will be kept on file and applied to all your orders. We will not exempt your order from tax without a letter.
